Founder and managing director of Context Immo, he embodies the expertise, rigor, and family values that form the strength of our agency.

With a background in accounting, he built a 35-year career in the banking sector, rising to international chief accountant positions. This solid experience strengthened his mastery of management, precision, and IT tools.

Driven by a passion for real estate, he trained in the professions of agent, developer, and property manager, as well as real estate taxation, developing comprehensive sector expertise. He founded Context Immo in 2009 with the ambition to offer transparent, expert, and profoundly human service.

The company became fully family-run with the arrival of his son Thomas in 2018, the opening of offices in Hobscheid in 2023, and the integration of his daughter Laura in 2025.

Today, he continues to guide Context Immo with the same vision: quality, sustainable real estate driven by legacy.

Thomas Holter perfectly embodies the spirit of our family business. His rich background — from carpentry to accounting, then to commerce — brings him a precise understanding of building, financial stakes, and client relations.

After two and a half years in the automotive sector, where he refined his sense of service and negotiation, he joined Context Immo in 2018. Serious, versatile, and committed, he quickly became a pillar of the team.

Over the years, Thomas has developed a solid and local network, built on trust and professionalism. Recognized for his ability to anticipate, advise, and find solutions, he now offers support that is both human, rigorous, and effective.

Passionate and dedicated, Thomas makes every real estate project a serene and successful experience.

Arrived in 2025, Laura Holter embodies the new generation: ambitious, versatile, and future-oriented. Her academic and professional background brings Context Immo valuable skills, in perfect complementarity with the team.

Trained in accounting and management (BAC ECG) and in commerce and marketing (BTS), she also holds diplomas as a real estate agent, property manager, and developer, giving her a complete vision of the sector. In parallel, she completes her skills with a Bachelor and Master in human resources, which she completes through apprenticeship while already managing important responsibilities.

Versatile, dynamic, and expert on technical, commercial, and human levels, Laura enriches the agency, strengthening the team's balance and bringing a fresh perspective to the modern vision of real estate.
